Is it a challenge to find time for your yoga workout? Do you know how to do yoga? I’ve often just used a book for practicing yoga, often being hardly ever. The Practice System features 71 posture cards organized by level of experience and available workout time and a custom tote for displaying the cards.  You simply select a color-coded sequence, organize the cards by pose number, insert the cards into the clear multi-pocket display tote, and hang the display tote on a wall hook or doorknob.
