My Blog Spark connects moms with General mills products. They recently sent me a gift basket full of products and a Fiber One Toaster Pastry sample.
The gift basket included an insulated lunch bag, sample of Fiber One brown sugar toaster pastry, a travel coffee mug and an event planner/calendar.
I love the flavor is sweet brown sugar and cinnamon and the fact that they have fiber in them is really great for me.
Fiber One Toaster Pastries product description:
- Made with whole grain wheat flour
- Serving 5 grams of fiber in each pastry (i.e. 20% of your daily value of fiber)
- Containing 0% cholesterol and only 4 grams of total fat in each serving.
- Rich with 4% Iron and
- Available in 4 consumer preferred flavors- strawberry, chocolate fudge, brown sugar cinnamon and blueberry.
Brown sugar is my favorite flavor but they do make a few different flavors. They make strawberry, blueberry, and chocolate fudge. The good thing about Fiber One verses Pop Tarts is that in my opinion some of the Pop Tart flavors are too sweet. Yuck their strawberry flavor makes me want to ……

I recently read that pears are high in fiber, so I’ve been trying to eat more whole pears lately!
I eat fiber one cereal for the fiber. I also love their cereal bars.
Eating fruits and vegetables as well as grains gives you good fiber. Thanks for the wonderful giveaway.

I started taking chewable fiber in a sweet strawberry flavor..They work twice as well just cause they also curb m sweet-tooth after a meal.

one thing I can do is eat a higher fiber breakfast. I am not much for breakfast, but I need to if not maybe I should have a fiber supplement.

fiber one toaster pastry gift basket would be great to win .we do use the fiber bars nows. More would be helpful to take with me on trips to senior center for snack etc. We see. tks. tess

Besides eating Fiber one, I can eat more fresh vegtables like celery.
I make sure we eat lots of oatmeal & beans.
The new yogurt with fiber is big in our home too!
