Merino Kids sent me a CoCooi to review and use as a donation. I opened it and felt it and yes it was soft. It was a very soft pale blue in color and thin. I liked that it was think want to know why? Babies can get so hot so easily when they are bundled and they do sleep best and most safely when they are bundled up tightly. Being bundled reminds them of how cramped they were inside of the womb and also keeps them warm and safe. Keeping them bundled helps prevent Sids.
My son would often get too hot, and we had to just use blankets. I was looking at the design of the cocooi and I really liked it. It’s simple and you put your child in it, then you just use the sides to wrap around the baby tightly. It is a lot easier than what they show you in the hospital with receiving blankets and I did that twice.
About Merino Baby Sleep Bags
The Merino Kids Baby Sleep Bag is the ultimate stylish and functional baby sleep sack for discerning parents and it was awarded the Seal of Outstanding Design Quality in the prestigious 2007 International Forum Product Design Awards. Its award-winning design, remarkable natural merino fabric and quality workmanship set it apart.
Your baby has the freedom to move naturally in their Merino Kids sleep sack, but unlike with sheets and blankets, they cannot get entangled or wriggle out and they do not wake uncovered and cold. This means your baby sleeps better as they stay cozy and warm all night without overheating.
The Merino Kids baby sleep sack fits babies up to two years
old and you won’t need to buy larger sizes every few months as your baby grows. The contoured knitted bodice fits snugly around your baby’s chest and neckline ensuring the fabric stays clear of their face, and as an extra precaution press studs under the arms prevent newborn babies slipping down.
The Merino Kids toddler-size sleep sacks fit infants from two to four years old.

I love all the colors, I would pick any of them! The natural is very neutral for both sex. I LOVE. My husband use to wrap our baby boy so tight in a thermal blanket that he ripped through 5 blankets. Our son LOVED to be wrapped tight, it was the only way he would sleep. This is a great product. Can’t wait to use it on my next baby!
