While it was a short survey and relatively quick and easy I was confused by some of the questions and how they related to heartburn issues.
I went to take the survey.

Which surprised me because I did respond with heartburn.
So I’d have to say it was REALLY short.

I didn’t qualify for the survey – thankfully I don’t get heartburn! Survey was very simple.
Being fortunate enough not to have heartburn, I screened out of the survey quickly.
It was extremely short, as I do not get heartburn often. However, I do get sinus headaches — that’s got to count for something, right?
After filling out several questions it said I didn’t qualify. I found that annoying.
I thought it was a little long but I went through it all and qualified for the trial. I am very interested in the product and hope it will be helpful for my heartburn.

I took the survey and thought it was odd that the age options were under 24 and then 25 & up. I’m 24, so there was no accurate option.
