  1. Doreen says:

I thought that the survey was not too long which was good! I have Heartburn often and it’s not fun. :( Thanks for the chance to win an Amazon gc!

  2. Heather D. says:

Quick survey asking about my heartburn

  3. Jessica S. says:

It had some odd questions that didn’t seem like they were relevant to heartburn.

  4. Nadine L says:

Quick and Easy survey with the chance to participate in a product study and a chance to win Amazon here, sweet
    iheartsweeping@aol.com

  5. Maggie says:

I don’t have heartburn often so I didn’t qualify but it looked like it would have been a short survey.

  6. Kristy says:

The survey was brief, which was good, but it was also to the point. I love that I may have the chance to try the new product. Heartburn is not fun. Thanks so much for the giveaway!

  7. Ellen C. says:

I thought the survey was pretty easy to answer. I hope I’m chosen as an ambassador. Thanks for the chance.

  8. Elena says:

I’ve been having issues with heartburn but not for very long so the survey ended after 64% completed. Bummer! Thanks for the contest, though!

  9. Kim says:

Fairly quick survey about heartburn. I had a lot of input since I’m pregnant and I have HORRIBLE heartburn!

  10. Amber G says:

I think it was a great survey and though I don’t suffer from heartburn myself, my father does so I do have experience with heartburn.

  11. Patricia Treskovich says:

took the survey and at the end it said I didn’t qualify–hate when they ask dozens of questions and then say you don’t qualify

  12. Kiley Smith says:

The survey was pretty short because it says I don’t qualify…dang it!…

  13. Carol says:

Thank you for participating in our survey. Unfortunately, the answers you have provided do not meet the selected criteria to continue with the survey at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your time.

What do I think? I think I want an entry for the prize! :)

  14. Kate says:

I took the survey and I might qualify for the trial which would be cool. I use Tums now but it really isn’t helping as the heartburn is getting worse.

  15. lisa says:

I answered a few questions but then it said that i didn’t meet the criteria to continue on with the survey. I guess that is a good thing that i don’t suffer with any of those conditions. Otherwise i thought the survey was very concise.

  16. Sharon B says:

That was easy! I hope the survey will provide them with valuable information.

  17. Gina says:

I got a bit mad when I put that my age is under 24 and immediately it said I wasn’t qualified to take the survey. I’m 19 and I have suffered from bad heartburn for quite awhile. I hope this still counts as an entry :)

  18. shel says:

I guess I’m not what they were looking for even though I get heartburn at least once a week (most often after eating tomato products which I love).

  19. Liz says:

It was short because I’m not yet 25. oh well

  20. Vickie Couturier says:

I took the survey;I guess I wasnt sick enought I didnt get to finish it,they stopped an said thank you anyway

  21. Linda Lansford says:

The survey is short if it doesn’t apply to you.

  22. adrienne Gordon says:

    i have no heartburn

  23. Tracey Byram says:

The survey wasn’t too long. Fortunately I don’t suffer heartburn.

  24. Cindy Merrill says:

Did fine until I told them I had a sore throat within the past three months ( from over doing it at choir practice): The survey ended and wouldn’t allow me to explain why I had a sore throat.
Still, I wouldn’t mind taking another survey sometime.

  25. Marci says:

I have had bad heartburn for about 6 months. This was a very good survey for me. I am excited to be able to be a candidate for the Prevacid®24HR Program. This Program (conducted on behalf of Novartis Consumer Health, Inc.) consists of two components:

    2-Week Trial Program where you will have the opportunity to try Prevacid®24HR* (lansoprazole delayed-release capsules 15 mg / acid reducer) before it becomes available to the general public;

Ambassador Program where you may be invited to act as a Prevacid®24HR Ambassador and participate in media opportunities, events and more surrounding the public launch of Prevacid®24HR.

  26. AmandaK says:

I’m always dealing with heartburn! I thought the survey was quick, and pardon the pun, painless. I also might qualify for the trial! It was an easy survey to do!

  27. Emily says:

Answered some questions- said I didn’t qualify!

  28. sandy says:

ended early for me too oh well

  29. Erica C. says:

I wasn’t eligible apparently based on age/gender…but I have heartburn so I could have answered!

It ended early for me so it wasn’t bad at all.

  31. Benita G. says:

I took the survey, but they obviously wanted to survey people who experience heartburn. Here’s what they concluded from the answers I submitted.
Thank you for participating in our survey. Unfortunately, the answers you have provided do not meet the selected criteria to continue with the survey at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your time.

  35. It was a pretty short survey. I like that.

  36. Rita A says:

    I was DQ’d. Oh well.

  37. Patrice says:

It was an easy survey to complete, and I have suffered from heartburn for years so it was very applicable to me.

  38. Summer Oleksy says:

This survey tool is better than other. It’s questions were based on the ones before them and kicks you out when you don’t fit what they’re looking for. Which made my experience short.

  39. matthew varney says:

    done with survery mverno@roadrunner.com

  40. Linda F says:

The survey was was quick and very easy to do.

  41. Renee C says:

The survey was fine at the beginning, but seemed buggy at the end. For instance, I said I didn’t want to do the trial (I am still breastfeeding) but the next screen responded as if I had said yes.

  42. tami lewis says:

a quick that’s for sure- just the kind i like

  43. Jessica Cote says:

I thought it was easy to answer the questions but was disappointed I didn’t get to finish since it did not apply to me.

  44. Chris G. says:

I thought it wasn’t as long as some of the surveys I’ve taken. It wasn’t too bad.

    Thanks for the giveaway!

  45. merle says:

    i’m too healthy for them.

  46. bunnyb says:

Survey was short and easy. I didn’t qualify cos I don’t suffer from heartburn.

  47. Steven W says:

Quick and painless survey about heartburn.

  48. Sharon Harmon says:

The survey told me I didn’t qualify to take it. :(
I only got to answer a few questions and they were about my age, my job and it asked if I used certain products. It seemed like it would have been easy yet thorough. Thank you for the contest!

  49. Cynthia C says:

Survey told me I didn’t qualify. Thanks for the chance!
