The Adventures of One EskimO Review

My Daughter’s Description:

The music was entertaining. It was soft and very easy to listen to. The pictures were pretty good but some were scary. (More in her words)

“mommy, what’s that” “mommy that scare me” “Mommy what’s the baby doin?”

My Son’s Description:

Grrrrrrrrr, Growl, Growl, and Rough Rough.

My Description:

What in the world was I watching? I signed up to review The Adventures of One Eskimo because it was on the list of review options that Warner Brothers presented to their blog reviewers this month. It looked like a cartoon but did I go to a website and look up what I was reviewing? No.

Sometimes I am not the most pro-active person there is out there if you know what I mean. I placed the DVD in the tv and began watching it. I found the music to be wonderful. To me it was like listening to Damian Rice without the words and dying. The black blog that was after the One Eskimo did bother me just a tad and I wanted to start crying right along with the Eskimo when he was stuck in the sun. I’m quite bewildered how a cartoon that doesn’t seem to make sense if you take your eyes off of it for a second could evoke such emotions out of me.
