I have tried two different types of infant carriers. I have tested out even more than that. Now, I had the opportunity to look at the new Snugli Sway. Evenflo has come out with a brand new product that is created to carry and nurse infants. I would have loved to have had one of these when I was nursing. Especially when I was trying to nurse the second one. I mean, it was almost impossible because I had another child to take care of that didn’t understand the fact that I had to take care of a new one.
The Snugli Sway is has a harness to hold the baby securely and positioned properly. There is also an elevated head pillow in order to assist in nursing and the comfort of the child as well as a super soft interior. I know that complaints with some infant carriers is that they cause back ache or shoulder ache. This one has an extra wide strap that evenly distributes the weight. The strap is easily adjusted as well. This carrier even features pockets that can be great for storing pacifiers, burp cloths, wipes, or small toys. Washing is a snap because you can just throw it in the washing machine when you are done with it.
When comparing infant slings you’ll find that this one is very easy to use. You just strap it on. The most difficult thing is going to be putting the baby in there, but once he’s comfortable all you have to do is feed him and leave him asleep. It’s perfect to starting a close relationship with your baby.

I like several of the Evenflo products, but I LOVE the Evenflo Travel Systems with the Stroller/Carseat combos. I am on my 4th baby with one, and wouldn’t want to be without one. I had to replace the car seat before bringing home the previous baby from the hospital because it had been stored in the attic and had gotten moldy. It was no problem, though – I just took the stroller into Toys R Us and was easily able to find another Evenflo car seat that fit the system perfectly. The system has held up well through lots of use, and I would buy another one in a heartbeat if something happened to the one I have now.
I also like the offset handle on the Evenflo car seats – it makes them much easier to carry!
