Perricone Skincare Active Tinted Moisturizer, Olive Oil Cleanser with a #giveaway

I’m still not very concerned with looking old. Perhaps I should be more concerned because I’m not going to look young forever. I will admit that I have good genes and that my mom is complimented all the time on not looking old enough to have a almost 30 year old daughter. I’m 29 if you must know. Even still, I need to take better care of my skin.

I’m a giveaway junkie and anytime I have the opportunity to host a giveaway for my readers then I’ll more than likely say yes. I do have one sitting in my e-mail box that I’m still trying to decide if I want to do or not. I’ll spill the details later. Anyways, Perricone Skincare contacted me and asked me to host a giveaway for them. All I have to do is link to:

olive oil cleanser

Why?

Because Perricone is a producer of an anti aging cosmeceuticals. They use olive oil because olive oil polyphenols are important anti-oxidants found in highest extra virgin olive oil. Everyday facial cleansers have the tendency to strip away the natural oils of the skin and create rough, dehydrated surface. These oils are vital for its protection and health. Olive oil facial cleansers effectively cleanse the skin without removing these precious oils, allowing for the ultimate in balanced cleansing. Olive oil is also a gentle, natural, nonirritating ingredient that does its job without upsetting skin’s natural balance.

You can win:

Gentle Cleanser

Perricone MD Gentle Cleanser. This gentle and nourishing cleanser is ideal for all skin types. It removes all surface debris including make-up while delivering anti-aging benefits. It sells for 35.00

I think it is normal to have an olive oil based cleanser. I use castille soap as an all-purpose cleanser and it’s also oil based.

I like the idea of olive oil in a cleanser. I’m very fair, sensitive and oily. Olive oil in products doesn’t break me out (yea!) and soothes my skin. I’d love to try this one. Thanks.

I have heard of olive oil as a moisturizer, but never as a cleanser, but it makes sense in the manner that Vaseline used to be used to remove makeup. (What a mess).
