Following me for very long?

Last month I went to Visit Sara Lee at their Nutrition Summit. I learned a lot of fantastic tips on how to feed my family nutrition and keep them tasting new things. So it wasn’t just about bread.

We had a professional chef cook for us all day and she made us healthy treats with our children in mind. Everything we ate from breakfast to mid-afternoon snacks was perfect to give to your children.

They paid for my trip and gave me some coupons. Well, we also have coupons to give to some of my readers. I have so many coupons that I’m having one giveaway a month for seven months. This one is starting today but will be my September giveaway

    I am always dieting or just trying to stay were I am so I allow myself two peices of bread a day. I only eat sarah lee 7-grain bread. I love it, with out any thing on it or with an egg or sourcruot, no butter please. You know that bread is good when you can eat it without any thing on it.
