My Opinion: With all the controversy over High Fructose Corn Syrup and the nutrition of Whole Grains that I learned about at the Sara Lee Nutritional Summit, I can say this bread is good for you. It contains whole grain and does not contain HFCS. It was fresh and tasted great. I actually thought it tasted a bit like sourdough and I love sourdough. I think everyone in the family had a taste and were left wanting more bread. Does anyone notice the resemblance to Orowheat?
