Yoga Buddies bedtime stories has been fun for me. I enjoy yoga and wanted to see if my daughter would do it. She’s two and she didn’t seem like she wanted to do any of it. I asked her if she would do a butterfly with me and she was like, “oh yeah!”. She did it and loved it.
Then when daddy got home we showed him that she learned how to be a butterfly. We didn’t really pay attention to the stories yet but we should try it again. I love teaching her things and this was a great experience.
This DVD was created to help children fall asleep. It didn’t do that for us but she’s only two and her attention span is

It seems like their Good Morning/Good Night CD set would be a great way to begin and end the day with exercises and calming activities!

To Tom on the first post. Sorry for what may have been a bad stroke of luck never winning on any of these sites. I am not trying to be mean but……
I have won 4 times so far from these moms blog sites. 2 of which I have received and 2 of which I am still waiting for that I just recently won. Are you just talking about this site or all of the sites. I think you should do some research first before you trash these websites. My guess is this might be a strategic way of seeing if they will prove that they are for real and send you the prize.
