The kajeet is a cell phone created for children. Parents can completely customize it and children love it because they can play games, and enjoy all kinds of features that are on different phone models. There are no activation fees, no termination fees, you pick the plan, set it up and. Plans start at 4.99 a month and with all the controls you are in charge.
Having never seen one or touched one all the information I’m going to give you is all second hand. I wanted to do a giveaway for the kajeet because I have heard so much about them. If my children were older I might consider doing a review for an item like this. I read on a friend of mine’s site that she thought,
The model I received was the LG160, and the first thing I noticed was how it was more advanced than my own phone! This "little kid’s" phone is far from childish – it features a flip top, text messaging, speakerphone, voice-activated dialing, and more.
To read more of her review see Contest Corner.
I also read that the signal in Hawaii is really good.
I found the quality of the phone to be excellent and so easy to use. The little animated welcome screen was adorable and Girlie Girl loved the little characters that danced around the screen. Surprisingly, the wireless phone service was great, too! There weren’t any dropped calls or lost signals. I can’t say the same for my iPhone.

About kajeet:
We believe kids are smart. At kajeet our entire philosophy springs from this simple core idea. We want kids to be agile with technology. We want kids to have fun. We want them to be empowered and safe, and we want to help them respond with confidence to what’s happening in their world. Not incidentally, we want their parents and guardians to be involved too. Because having a cell phone is not just fun, it’s a responsibility – a shared responsibility. So we’ve designed kajeet to incorporate a full suite of tools to help families customize and manage every aspect of their kajeet experience.

we’d get the special plan
I’d get the $19.99 special. We only have one cell phone in our family, so when somebody goes somewhere, I have to give it to them, and then stick by our land line phone, in case they call. This would be very helpful to have in our family.
I lie the special plan with the Unlimited texting and 150 minutes for $19.99.
