Gerber sent us some Gerber Graduate Smart Sips to try out. I put them on the counter where all of the snacks are and every day until I let her try them she has said, I want the purple snack mommy. Please mommy want the purple snack.
I split it three ways, some for me so I could taste it and some for my son and some for my daughter. I watered it down like I do everything else for the kids and my daughter enjoyed it but didn’t gobble it up. When I gave it to her plain she said MMMMMM. My son, who is younger and doesn’t know better thought the watered down stuff was fine. I didn’t even try the watered down stuff.
I cheated I know. I liked it, especially because it wasn’t sweet. There is no sugar added and it tastes great without the sugar. There is a slight vanilla taste to it and I love vanilla.
Research shows that many toddlers don’t get enough iron, calcium, or vitamins D & E. In fact, 100% of toddlers have vitamins E intakes below the recommended level. Also, many toddlers eat too much saturated fat and not enough essential omega-3 fats*.
So Smart Sips is packed with 15 essential vitamins and minerals. So if you’re like me and need a way to get all those extra nutrients in your children with few calories then you might try Smart Sips.

One bad thing about those is the packages can’t be recycled at all since they’re metal, glue, paper and plastic all molded into a one-time use container.
