This is so exciting, I’m going to be test driving a 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid. Under extreme testing conditions it gets 80 mpg. That was measured with professional drivers under perfect conditions, they are actually advertising that it gets 41 Miles per gallon which is still impressive for a larger vehicle. In high school and college I had a little bitty Geo Metro hatchback. All my friends in high school laughed at my car, but in college it seemed that people understood how lucky you were to have a car without payments. It was a cheap car and when I was done with it I sold it for 500.00 dollars. Huge deal for a car that runs!
Ford has decided that working with mother’s is the new way to market their vehicles. I think it’s smart. Moms have a much more realistic view of driving with screaming kids (now the professional drivers should try those conditions). We also fluff, you know, we write from the heart and not just facts.
Because if I like it I’m going to tell everyone about it and I’m sure I’m going to love it after driving my Dodge Caravan. I hate my Dodge. It’s a POS. Terrible language for a mommy blog I know, but the thing doesn’t run well and the heat takes forever.
So In Two weeks look forward to my review of the Ford Fusion Hybrid 2010.
