Endangered Species Day was May 15th

We missed that last zoo day with our MOMS club. I was already in downtown Seattle and I had directions and suddenly the road was closed where I was supposed to turn and there were two lanes in front of me that said to ferries. I did not want to get on a ferry so I turned the opposite direction of the zoo and took my kids home before we got lost.

So I was supposed to write a post about Endangered Species on that day too. So here I am trying to make up for my tardiness.

I did take my kids to the Cougar Mountain Zoo when my family was in town. We learned a lot about endangered species.

While I was looking at Chi-Chi’s page I found that Kiss My Face Kids has a lot of interesting facts about these animals. Like how big a Chimpanzee can be and where they live. You can also find backgrounds that you can download for your computers screens and pictures you can print or coloring pages for your children’s rooms.

Kiss My Face has been working on organic products for quite a while. It is the product of two long-time vegetarians looking  for healthy skin products. It was founded on a 200 acre organic farm in New York and is still located in the Hudson River Valley. Kiss My Face has no room for artificial colors or chemical additives. No animals are used for product testing.
