Moms need to be reminded that the work they do is hard and rewarding. We need to find ways to realize we are strong and that we do a good job with our children. We also need to forgive ourselves for our mistakes and remember that letting our children see we make mistakes shows them it’s ok not to be perfect. We are all human and with that comes imperfection. God still loves us and our children. We were made in His image not exactly like him.
Mommy Grace is just the book to help guide you in your quest as an imperfect mother. I found quite a bit of peace reading this book. I found myself laughing and thinking about how often I let myself feel guilty when I shouldn’t.
