These ladies are all V-logging their journey using the Wii Fit to get that body back.
Me, I’m doing it the old fashioned way. Well, I mean non digitally. I am still having a very hard time with the fitness during the week. I haven’t gained or lost any weight I’m just treading water. I’m having some really bad back pain so that is my excuse for this week but I still wanted to post and cheer everyone else on through their exercise.
Monday: I think I went to Rite Aid again
Tuesday: I went to the bank and REI so my exercises was walking around with my son in the Baby Bjorn that he hardly fits into anymore. Two more lbs and he can’t be put in it. I wonder why my back hurts. hmmm.
Wednesday: Lazy day at home. Yes, I was lazy. I put on the movies and laid around.
Thursday: Oh was that today? Yes, I did the stairs when i went to the doctor.
Friday: I plan on doing housework while my husband takes my daughter to the doctor.
I still want to drink more water and less coffee. I am a world class water drinker as it is but if I could give up coffee I know it would be even better for me. I just don’t think that people can survive in the state of Washington without drinking coffee. There is no sun for months at a time just rain so all I want to do is crawl back into bed. I have children so I can’t do that anymore but before I had kids and before I got a job after college when i was a lazy housewife I would sleep all day.
Looking back I was probably depressed. I just didn’t realize it. I have a sun light now and I should use it. It is supposed to make it easier for me to get out of bed. I just don’t.
Oh and I am still eating cookies a whole pre-packaged separate and bake and eat at a time. Oh yes, I love chocolate chip cookies. I would have eaten more if there had been any in the house today. They were all gone. So I had a bowl of Cinnamon Toast crunch instead. Man, exercise and not eating junk seems to be impossible right now. I’m hoping that my mood gets better after I go to the doctor tomorrow. I really want my back to stop hurting.
I can’t think of any other goals. I don’t have a sugar addiction and I don’t drink soda. I do have a huge love of chocolate and coke but I don’t have any coke around. Chocolate, is probably hiding in every nook and cranny around the house.. I have to have it to be a good mommy.











Baby Wearing is a workout in of itself! Using the bjorn in the first place could hurt your back…but if your babe is about outgrown
If you really like baby wearing you should try a hotsling..or even better…an Ergo..man, they are Fantastic!!

If you are doing the Wii Fit try focusing on some of the balance exercises to help strengthen your core muscles…to help with your back. Keep track of your center of balance tests that you do in your body tests…that will give you an idea of how its going.
One tip I’ve come across is that working your upper body naturally works your middle (I’ve found this to be true in my experience). I plan to go back to it myself when I’m not as busy at work.
If you’re using the Wii Fit, one of my best friends swears by it! She’s lost something like 40 lbs. already just by disciplining herself on it and counting calories (which she manages without suffering tasteless food…she’s a great cook).
From the comment you left me, I think it’s great that your kids get along so well. They’re closer in age than mine, which I’m sure helps it along.
The fact that you are writing on Fridays says that you are still in the game (so to speak). We are all going to have down days – I have a house full of Girl Scout Cookies right now. Not getting into them is a challenge! My chocolate stash is pretty much demolished right now. I’ve been stocking up on cereal bars with all the amazing coupons/deals out there right now. It doesn’t fulfill the chocolate need, but it does fulfill the munchies that set in during the afternoon.
