Do you find yourself having a hard time dealing with Christmas this year? I am on a few frugal lists and freebie sites and people are depressed about Christmas. How are they going to buy their kids presents how are they going to keep everyone happy? I don’t know how to answer all of these questions except by looking to my faith. We need to remember what Christmas is about, and not the commercialism. We need to remember family and others in need. Mostly, we need to remember the birth of Jesus. This is something that we do with our daughter and now that we have a son we will do it with him as well. We will read the story of Christ’s birth. We have a touch and feel Christmas story book. This will be one of our family traditions and I can’t wait to build more. I was reminded to look into the happiness of Christmas when I was given the opportunity to read and review the e-book Saving Christmas Magical Tips for creating lasting Christmas Memories through FaithApproved. This e-book was put together by Denise Willms. Denise set out to create an e-book that would teach everyone how to save money and how to keep themselves sane during the Holidays. She asked her friends at WAHM-articles to help her with ideas and what she found turned into a compilation of Saving Christmas. “By ghostwriting content moms like to read, Denise Willms helps gain exposure and build reputations for those who market to moms. Go to www.WAHMArticles.com/forum and sign up for your free account to learn more about writing WAHM Articles, and building your own relationship with the mom market.” Denise organized her story and stories from the following group of people into an inspiring anecdote reminding us of what Christmas means and how we should treat family and how we should not let family treat us. You can purchase your copy of Saving Christmas at WAHM-articles. I’m ready to put up my tree and get out all of the decorations. I can’t wait until the smell of pumpkin pie drifts from the kitchen. This is excellent at re-introducing us to Christmas. It reminds me of the song from The Grinch, sung by Faith Hill. “Where are you Christmas”.

Hi,
thanks for mentioning my site and my contribution to the Saving Christmas book on your site. I too wish Denise all the best in the sales of this e-book
Hi, I appreciate you mentioning the book about saving Christmas!! Also, thanks so much for all the site links for the contributors…that is much appreciated! Have a lovely holiday, and thanks again!!
Warmly,
Tracey
P.S. I’m already planning my Christmas decorating too!
I’m glad this book is getting exposure through sites like yours. The holiday season has become so stressful for so many, and every tip can help to bring the meaning of the season back into perspective.
Excellent post! This is how I grew up thinking of Christmas. My husband didn’t celebrate Christmas at all, so it’s easy not to get bogged down with the commercialism for us. We want to instill the story of Jesus’ birth as the real reason for Christmas in our children.
You’ve been awarded the Proximidade Award. Check out my blog post.
Hi,
Thank you so much for mentioning my contribution and site. Denise did an awesome job of creating this ebook and I was honoured to be a part of it.
I wish you and everyone a wonderful and memorable Christmas.
I’m so anti-(commercial) Christmas. We don’t do Santa. *GASP* My MIL tried to do that with my son and he wasn’t buying into it, just like I didn’t. To us, Christmas is about family and our love of Christ. It’s about being with the ones we love and enjoying as much as we can. I started a tradition a long time ago, I call it “don’t buy me anything and I won’t buy you anything” and it’s been working great!
